Founder & CEO
Baylee is a dedicated professional with extensive experience supporting individuals on their journey to sobriety and mental wellness. With a background in mentorship, case management, and program leadership within treatment centers, she has developed a deep understanding of the complexities of recovery and mental health care.
In 2023, Baylee founded Serenity Path Advisors to provide compassionate, individualized support for individuals facing addiction, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. As a certified Life Coach and a student pursuing a clinical psychology degree to become a Marriage and Family Therapist, she combines professional expertise with personal insight to foster lasting transformation for her clients.
Megan Gerber
Case Manager & Life Coach
Megan brings over a decade of experience in mental health, treatment, life coaching, and case management. As a Case Manager at Serenity Path Advisors, she is committed to guiding individuals through life transitions, stress management, sobriety, and habit-building. With a tailored and empathetic approach, Megan helps clients create meaningful, lasting change, ensuring they receive the support necessary to navigate their personal journeys toward wellness.


Leilani Wagner
Case Manager & Mentor
Leilani is a compassionate and dedicated professional at Serenity Path Advisors, committed to supporting individuals in their healing journeys. With a strong background in mental health advocacy and recovery, she understands the challenges of navigating sobriety and personal transformation. Beyond her work in mental health, Leilani is also a creative designer, integrating her passion for meaningful expression into various aspects of her life. She continues to expand her expertise through her studies while helping clients find strength, resilience, and balance.
Zoë Guill
Case Manager & Mentor
Zoë is a dedicated Case Manager and Mentor at Serenity Path Advisors, making a significant impact in the mental health field. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and criminology from the University of Denver and has experience working in mental health residential settings, sober mentoring, and outpatient care. Currently pursuing her doctorate in clinical psychology with a focus on family and child therapy, Zoë blends professional expertise with personal insight to support individuals on their path to healing and recovery.
